The HSE Executive Circle is designed for qualified senior leaders from retailers, distributors, wholesalers, buying organizations and consumer brands who influence sourcing and supplier decisions.

Applications are evaluated based on factors such as company and role fit, decision-making influence, current sourcing needs and willingness to participate in curated program activities. Eligibility is reviewed annually, and members must reapply each year.

No, membership in the HSE Executive Circle program is complimentary for qualified attendees.

Members receive benefits designed to make supplier discovery more focused, efficient and productive. These may include personalized supplier recommendations, curated introductions, pre-show planning, private meeting space, dedicated onsite support, Executive Circle Lounge access, hospitality and exclusive networking opportunities.

Executive Circle members are expected to register to accurately capture their sourcing profile and actively participate in relevant program opportunities, which may include reviewing supplier recommendations, taking part in curated introductions or meetings, and engaging with recommended suppliers.

Specific participation requirements will be shared with approved members and may vary based on membership level and hosted benefits.

Some qualified members may be offered hosted travel support as part of the Executive Circle experience. Eligibility is determined separately and may be based on company and role fit, active sourcing needs, and commitment to completing required supplier meetings or engagements.
