Bag and coat check will be available at the FedEx Office in the LVCC Central Hall. The service is open seven days a week, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Hours are subject to change.

Parking at the Las Vegas Convention Center is available for HSE attendees and exhibitors. View LVCC website for more information

Cost: As of March 2026, parking is $15 per day with in and out privileges. Please note, only credit and debit cards will be accepted for paid parking.

Requests for wheelchair and scooter rentals for use during shows at the Las Vegas Convention Center can be made through Scootaround, with a location at the FedEx Office. Please call 1-888-441-7575 for more information.

No, HSE does not mail badges in advance. You can print your badge at home 2 weeks before the show or pick up your badges when you arrive on-site in the designated Registration area.

Yes, you can print your badge at home and bring it with you to the Show. Approximately 2 weeks before the event, you will receive an email from ‘Hardlines Supplier Event’ with subject line ‘Know Before You Go: Essential Resources for Success’. This email has the link to download your badge at home. If you have any questions or need support, please reach out to Customer Service.
